Chyndor is nearly finished she is having her primer applied as i type ,the lads have done a brilliant job and we are really pleased with her,next week her hull will be grit blasted and her first coat of epoxy two pack painted on the other coats we will do here in the dry dock
Meanwhile work is progressing well on cats whiskers and look to be on time for the April 1st handover .Mick has started the painting and  i have been making interior furniture and doors Tim from staffordshire canopies has fitted the cratch cover and hopefully next week the front doors should be completed ready for fitting.

we have been try to update the blog and have not been very succesful ,all working fine now thanks to the very nice bt lady
so update for cats whiskers bowthruster fitted shower room 90% complete .multi fuel stove fitted to the new bs standard i,ll blog the instalation of that anotherday,mick has started prepping the floor for the amtico flooring and ive made and fitted the cratch board ready for mondays template to be made.A visit to xr&d to see nb chyndor taking shape  and finally a big welcome  to nb Linton Lass  a 57 semi -trad we will be building for the owners robert and gill .photos to follow when we start building

the oak worktops are fitted the underneaths have been oiled along with the cutouts ufortunatley ran out of time to do the topsides .Its great to see things finally start coming together .The window trims have been made and fitted and have had 1 coat of satin  varnish ,Monday was a great day and i would like to welcome nb Chyandour to the Kingfisher stable a 57ft trad
with a beta 38 trad layout.The base plate has been laid today at xr&d and will be with us middle of march .our next bespoke build slot is now september 2012

started work on the plumbing this week we have made a recess in the bottom of the side sheets ,this will help us to hide the pipe work without having a huge pipe boxing ,it should look like a normal skirting when ive fitted them.Also the water pump and accumalater have been fitted ,on monday we can pressure test the pipework and then fill it .Ive also started thegalley and i can start work on the curved oak breakfast bar later next week

micks been busy installing the led lights each one uses only 3.5 watts and will supplement the led spots which we will install later,bulkheads have all gone up ,they form the bedroom ,shower room and also the oven and boiler housing next week radiators and 1st fix plumbing
